The current base unit — active transponders and passive UHF in one box.
The earlier active-only unit, and the manual that still applies if you have a Plus with no UHF reader fitted. Everything here is true of the Plus as well.
The handheld unit. Its published figures are in the EchoActive technical sheet above, alongside the base and the transponder.
Firmware
Not a support contract, not a subscription, not a paid upgrade. If you own the box, you get every release we ever make for it.
Transponders update the same way but over the air, from the base unit, so you never have to collect them in to do it.
Podium
Podium's help is written as short answers to real questions rather than a manual you have to read end to end. It is open to anybody, whether you use Podium or not — all of it is here.

Legacy
These products are discontinued and are not sold or supported as current systems. The documentation stays here because plenty of them are still out there and still working, and you should not have to ring us to find a manual for something you bought in 2015.
Firmware for Ultra, Joey, HDD and Dual Antenna MKII is available through us. It is not published here, because the right build depends on which unit you have and loading the wrong one is not a small mistake. Tell us the model and the serial number and we will send the correct file back, with what you need to load it. info [at] rfidtiming.com
