Shipping and parts

We ship worldwide and have done since 2001, and our systems are in use on every continent. Spares, antennas, cables and chips are in the shop, or ask and we will find it — including for the discontinued gear.

Then ask a person. It reaches the workshop in Perth, not a call centre — so tell us what you are timing and roughly how many, and the first reply will be a real answer rather than a round of questions.
