Somebody is not on the results at all

If they are missing entirely, they are not in the field. Podium only lists people it was given. Somebody who crossed the line but was never entered has nothing to be listed as.

Not on the sheet at all and on the sheet without a time are different problems. If you can see their name with no chip or no finish beside it, read Somebody is on the sheet with no time instead.

Check

1. Open the results and search for their number.
2. If the name is not there, they are not entered for this race.

Fix

Add them, then score again.

• Podium Mobile: entries come from the timing server, so add them on the website first. Then on the phone, Choose race, Fetch another, and pick the event again to bring the new entry down.
• Podium PC: use Add at the desk on the Scoring tab. A number, a name and the chip they were handed is enough to score somebody here — but the date of birth is needed too before Send desk entries to the cloud will accept them.

If they ran without a chip, add them and then read Typing a time in.

If the whole field is missing

Nobody is listed, not just one person. You have not pulled a field for this race yet, or you have the wrong race selected. Use Choose race and check the name.
